- AMEL holder PAC 750 XSTOL (PT6A Series) dan tambahan rating Caravan C208 Series/Pilatus PC6 lebih disukai.
- Minimum 3 years Aircraft Certification
- Bersedia bertugas di seluruh wilayah Indonesa
- Fasih berbahasa Inggris dan Indonesia
- Sehat jasmani dan rohati
- Usia dibawah 45 tahun
